I had the lobster tails, perfect. Husband had Ribeye . He thought it one of the best steaks he's ever had. Friends had seafood pasta and said it was delicious.

First time here to celebrate our anniversary and it was fantastic.

We are thrilled that Fat Belly is open for another season as we love their food and we love the people who work there, including Daniel, our wonderful waiter, along with Nate and Sam. Small, intimate space well designed for its size. Menu shortened from last year, but still most all the great pan-Asian dishes. We love the Crab Rangoon, but all of the appetizers are great. The Samurai Bowl with chicken and pork is fabulous and a large meal, but I prefer the Tempura Shrimp rolls for my main course. The Crab rolls are delicious too. We do not eat Sushi, so I am unable to provide advice on those dishes, but if they are as good as the selections that we do eat, then they must be very good indeed. Happily, during the busy season and at all other times, Fat Belly does take reservations, but a charge card must be provided for a no show fee, fine, of $25. This is completely understandable for such a small dining space. No shows can wreck the evening.

My family has been coming to Door County since I was a child and we have seen the progression of restaurants in Door County over the years. The Blue Bear/Della Porta in Ellison Bay is leading a new direction for Door County. Local farm to table food executed in a delicious and simple way is priceless. You can taste the love that goes into the food and service. Definitely going to return many more times.

Pizza was excellent - food great. Dessert -so so. Gelato I think was in freezer too long and chocolate tasted like hersey syrup . Service wonderful .
