Absolutely loved our experience! The ambience was perfect, and the attentive waiters made sure we were well taken care of. Gonzalo went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The meats, cheeses, salad bar, and desserts were all exceptional. Highly recommend!

Food is outstanding, and steak was perfectly prepared. Bar drinks are delicious, but expensive. Two martinis probably shouldn’t cost $50+ Portions are large for pasta, but it wasn’t explained on the menu that it was family style servings. If you are sharing the dish, it’s great value.

Luis made our evening so enjoyable. His natural ability at handling his guests was recognized.

The restaurant and bar were packed! Plus there was another private event going on. I love the decor, the food is SO good. Every wait staff person who came to our table was patient, kind, knowledgeable about menu. We didn’t have just on waiter - at least 4! It was very hard to talk/hear - noise level was high. We enjoyed our meal very much!

Hugo’s continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in the Chicago area. Our dinners last night were wonderful. We ate there before going to the Andrea Bocelli concert in Rosemont - so we ate at the Des Plains Hugo restaurant. I have been to all 3 of the Chicago restaurants and this one was just as delicious as the other two. Our meals were yummy and the service was excellent! Thank you Hugo’s 🤓👍👏!!
