The typical Dutch cosiness means in countries around the Mediterranean 'together'. Taking time for each other around a table full of small dishes and enjoy a glass of wine. Each ordered an average of 3 or 4 dishes per person and then everything on the table is shared socialising. Our chef roams the market looking for seasonal products and likes to combine local produce with Mediterranean spices. In Jottum is preferably cooked with organic, fair trade, and fresh produce.

The Central Station and restaurant 1e Klas is designed by famous architect Pierre Cuypers who also designed the Rijksmuseum.
