Restaurants near Etowah Indian Mounds State Park

We arrived before sunset and were seated at a table with a view of the boat dock and Lake Allatoona. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We were quickly greeted by our server, Sam, who welcomed us and let us know that she would be happy to answer any questions about the menu. She presented us with a basket with two different kinds of rolls. We chose a Sauvignon Blanc wine and enjoyed the delicious crispy rice and hamachi appetizers. For dinner, we chose the dynamite and Bulldog sushi. Both of the sushi were delicious, but a little too big to comfortably put in our mouths. Maybe that’s not a bad thing? LOL We enjoyed our first visit and will be back again!

Hands down our favorite place on the Square. Menu is always changing and is always phenomenal— lunch or dinner. Actually don’t go here…. I need to be able to always get a table.

We always have a lovely time at Henry’s and this visit was no different. Our server Alyssa did an outstanding job of taking care of all our needs with a positive and engaging personality. She set a standard for all servers to look up to. Thanks Alyssa, you really went above and beyond to make our lunch fantastic!

Red Lobster hits the spot every time, truly a taste we crave. Our meals were delicious!

It was perfect. We were out for our 12th anniversary and it was a lovely place and awesome food. My husband had the pork belly for app. and I had the calamari, for dinner he had the fried chicken with puree potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts wit cranberry and said he never had potatoes like that and loved every bite. I had the scallops with risotto and it is a dish I will have to have again. The service was as awesome as the food. There were several groups meeting up there but it was a romantic ambience for our anniversary as well. We will be going back and will recommend anyone to visit, it is off the main street but so worth the search, just a few streets over for Main St. We are looking forward to going to the Sat. brunch!
