Our kitchen uses only select mesquite wood to insure every item has just the right amount of smoky flavor. We also have sandwiches, salads, soups, and house-made desserts.About the BuildingBuilt in 1911, this historic building began its important role in the Fayetteville community as the city Post Office. In 1974 it was saved from demolition by a citizen-led petition, and gained National Historic status. At Vetro 1925, we serve classic Italian flavors located in Downtown Fayetteville. Chef Alan Dierks specializes in local ingredients, sustainable seafood and fine cuts of meat. He and his staff strive to preserve simple, clean flavors, using the freshest ingredients. Our meats are sourced from local farms practicing the humane treatment of animals, and we import our cured meats, cheeses, and Sicilian olives from Italy.     One of the best meals I’ve had in NWA. So many times I’ve driven to Bentonville for their high quality restaurants but Fayetteville wins hands down with Vitro 1925..a hidden gem that won’t be a secret for long.

    Prima Italia!!! Very Good!! Vincent was a fantastic waiter! We read reviews of Prima Italia and Vincent has received rave reviews- we are so glad we had him for our waiter as he really is exceptional !!! From the moment he told us his name to the end of our meal he was attentive, courteous and treated us as if we were the only two in the room - which we weren’t he had several tables inside and even outside - wish we lived closer- the food was so very good - thank you chefs! The crab cake pepin . Wedge salad - eggplant parmigiana - lobster ravioli - and cheesecake were all top notch! Thank you also to Mike the manager who came over to see how we were doing - thank you Vincent for making our experience with Prima Italia one we will never forget - YOU are the best!!

    Amazing all around! I booked for my husbands birthday brunch and they were able to have the table all set with his favorite beer and an arrangement of juices for mimosas! The omelet was to DIE for and my husband said the waffles were great as well! They got us seated and food to us within 15 minutes. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!
