An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Etsu Dined at Etsu last night with three friends, and from the moment we walked through the door, it was clear we were in for something special. The atmosphere was vibrant yet intimate — the perfect backdrop for what turned out to be an outstanding culinary experience. Every element of the evening was exceptional. The food was nothing short of sublime; each dish was thoughtfully presented and bursting with flavour. We explored a range of items on the menu and were consistently impressed by the balance, creativity, and quality of the ingredients. The drinks were equally memorable. From the carefully curated wine selection to the premium gin offerings, everything was on point. A particular highlight was the complimentary shots we were given — unlike anything we’ve had before. The unique combination of a bold shot followed by a refreshingly tasty crushed ice chaser was a sensory delight that left us all talking. A special mention must go to our waiter, Lachy, whose service elevated the entire experience. Warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, he struck the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. His recommendations were spot on, and his energy really added to the evening. Etsu delivered on every level — food, drink, service, and atmosphere. It's rare to find a venue that hits such a high mark across the board, and we can’t wait to return. The service and food were amazing. The chicken and steak cooked perfectly and so were the accompanying salads we ordered. Overall an excellent experience being my first time eating here. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

This restaurant offers fresh oysters and prawns, constantly replenished food for the buffet. The hardworking waiters ensure that our needs are fulfilled. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

The app to order meals was stating most thing were not available. Some staff were friendly. Food was tasty. Very busy on a Sunday . Nice venue.

We had a beautiful meal here for our 1st Wedding Anniversary, sat in the private dining area so it was nice and intimate, the service was friendly and attentive. The food was incredible. The flavours and freshness were divine.
