Coasis made a wonderful impression on me for the brunch experience. The meal was well prepared, tasty and had great presentation. I went back a few days later for dinner. While the service and ambiance were in tact, the food was a bit disappointing. I ordered the Coasis burger. I would suggest maybe a little salt and pepper for the meat. It’s a good meat selection and doesn’t need much. Also a better selection for the bun. A restaurant of this caliber serving a burger on a dry, cracked up, cheap bun took the presentation down three steps. If that’s how it is served the menu should say “meat and bread”. Otherwise, a great experience.

Everything was perfect. From sushi to the Tomahawk steak and the Lemon Pie! Will bê Back.

The experience was great overall. We started with the soft pretzel which was a great texture - both buttery and light. The cheese and mustard sauces complemented each other for an every-other-dip experience! I don't normally order steak out unless I am at a steakhouse that serves prime cuts (Ruth Chris, Capital Grille) but we drifted from our comfort zone a little and ordered the skirt steak and the short rib - both were phenomenal, and extremely different. The Skirt steak was very lean and tender, expertly seasoned and grilled. The rice was cooked and season perfectly as well. The short rib was very rich and savory - it appeared to have been slow-cooked or braised. The gravy was delicious, although if the horseradish sauce was present, it was overpowered. But, both meals were terrific. The service was great, and we enjoyed the 9+1 beer sampler, which was an excellent value - about the cost of a pitcher, but we had 50oz of 10 different beers. Altogether a wonderful experience, we will come back if we are in town again!

The manager was awesome and so was our server. The food was great.
