This Texas girl just had some seriously good BBQ in Berlin! Chicago Williams BBQ is hands down the closest I’ve come to real Texas barbecue in Europe (outside my own BBQ 😉). The brisket was as good as my dad’s—and that’s saying a lot. And the service? Pure Texas hospitality. If you ever find yourself in Berlin, do yourself a favor and check them out. Per and I will definitely be going back!
