A truly memorable dining experience at Quemadero. Every dish told a story—layered with flavor, intention, and creativity. The beet salad was crisp and refreshing, the Caldo y Mezcal was absolutely to die for, and the short rib sope? Out of this world! But what truly elevated the experience was the service. Manuel, Iran (sp?), and the rest of the staff delivered Michelin-worthy hospitality—gracious, knowledgeable, and attentive in every detail. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s an unforgettable culinary experience in every sense.
