Absolutely fantastic! The food, the service, and the ambiance were all perfection! Very cool vibes - eclectic, contemporary, not at all stuffy. Great attention to detail; from the choice of ambient music to the quaint amuse bouche - everything was thoughtful and really balanced. Great energy, and even better food. We will be back!

Eric, the new owner/manager has done an outstanding job of elevating Thyme to the premier lunch spot of El Paso’s West side. Leagues better than its predecessor, Thyme Matters. Great food and service. Impressive wine list.
