Restaurants near Economy Inn - Virginia Beach

Went during the holiday season so the entire hotel was a party. Decorated quite well i might add. The Hunt Room is downstairs and looks like a real pub. The ambiance is classy, warm woods and hunting paraphernalia, trophy animals on the walks, a cozy fire place and comfy booths and tables. Really nice. The bar area was still busy with the party so the noise level was high over there, as expected. We were taken to our table immediately, in the other side of the room in a comfy booth. Less loud there so taking was easy. The staff was prompt, knowledge and engaging. We ordered the smoked old fashioned and an app of roasted Brussel sprouts. Both were top notch. My partner ordered the hunt burger and I ordered the venison. Both came out hot and smelled great. We shared with each other, as we do, and I found both meals to be quite good. We ordered the bourbon balls for dessert, which tasted really good, but needed more bourbon. Throughout the evening people came into the hunt club from the various holiday parties, dressed to kill! It was like a fashion show for us. We will be back.

Gorgeous spot. Beautiful food and the food is absolutely AMAZING! Katie was great too! She help us with the drink menu and food as well. Enjoy my time there and will definitely come back to eat there and see Katie again!

I wanted to go to The Cavalier for the holidays as they always do such a beautiful job decorating. This year they did not disappoint. It was magical. They transformed the entire hotel into a Christmas wonderland inside and out. Just stunning. We had dinner at Becca which is always enjoyable Everyone should have a holiday experience like this!!!! Please put this on your “to do” list for the holidays! Top your visit off in The Raleigh Room with a festive drink!

View of the Atlantic was fantastic. My friend was a first time having Indian cuisine, so the buttered chicken was a great choice..

It’s. Beach bar and grill, food and drinks are decent service was decent and pleasant, apparently a reservation doesn’t exactly mean anything though, hostess said yeah I see you have a reservation, but we already set all the tables so it’s gonna be a little bit. You can sit at the bar. 🙄 OK not that I mind sitting in a bar. Wait wasn’t all that bad maybe 25 minutes
