Location was great. The food was great and the service was exceptional.

Enjoyable meal after day at Dollywood. Food was excellent. The bread service is so good. Entrees were excellent.

Celebrated mom's birthday. Enjoyed the buffet and the happy birthday cupcake they brought her. Cocktails were good. Nice to walk around the resort after dinner.

Over the past three years my wife and I have visited Joe’s about four times. Each time we had cold food arriving at our table. We had asked for the manager and he or she had replaced the food, but each time the dinner came out of the kitchen as cold as the first time. Each time we had visited the restaurant it was our anniversary. That made us very disappointed. Yesterday was our anniversary and decided that we would go one more time. We were very excited to get a very nice and hot meal. In a pleasant atmosphere. All of the staff were very friendly and polite. We were very happy to have a very nice meal that was a great.
