Pho Bluewater is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Great menu with excellent but not overwhelming choice, and wonderfully attentive but not harassing service. Food was excellent and perfectly cooked, to our preference. We were there to celebrate our daughters birthday and she didn't want a fuss, and they duly obliged and just put a lovely happy birthday on the side of her dessert dish. Nice touch. Hard to find fault, but if I was really pressed I would say the toilets are a real trek away, but that's just nitpicking. Will definitely go again.

My only slight issue was that it seems like our table got forgotten about, and once we had finished our food the empty plates just sat on our table for a while and it was hard to get a servers attention. However the food was delicious, it is once of my favourite places to go.
