Restaurants near East Water Street Playlot

The only real issue that was had was that our table of six couldn’t hear each other unless you were sitting next to the person speaking. There were a number of groups in the room we were in and all of the hard surfaces just amplified the sounds.

We have always enjoyed The Bartolotta restaurants and getting to The Commodore has been on our list since they opened. Cocktails were great and wine list substantial. We selected a variety of items on the menu including the clams casino, scallops, the Waldorf salad and pea soup. The only item that was cooked a bit too much was the clams.. and I felt that there was more breadcrumbs than other ingredients. The Halibut was fantastic as was the ribeye. The schnitzel may have also been cooked a bit too much but that salad a top was a nice touch. The lemon blueberry dessert was delicious. We do recommend and would come back. I hope they start letting us use our rewards soon too!

Great customer service along with great food! The view of the lake outside is pretty too. Check out the lounge downstairs!

We had a party of 4 and ordered 6 small plates and 2 desserts. The aged ribeye was outstanding, melt in your mouth. As was the bbq chicken Highly recommend the beet salad.

Best bartender and servers in town! Seating facing the afternoon sun cannot be corrected with the current window shades.
