Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles.     I made a reservation at Salty’s to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and they truly went above and beyond to make it special! From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful and festive, even the birthday card and confetti on the table were perfect touches. A huge thank you to our server, Chrissy, she was absolutely amazing! Her energy was fantastic, and she made sure my boyfriend felt like the star. She also gave us some great food recommendations, and wow, was the food incredible. The Bloody Marys were great, and the oysters were some of the best we’ve ever had. To top it all off, the view was stunning. Every part of our experience was a solid 10/10. We’re already looking forward to coming back with the whole family!
