We had a fantastic evening, the service was excellent and the food was fantastic! Great choice for gluten free options too. The whole experience was brilliant and we would highly recommend .

We were given a gift voucher for our afternoon tea. The food was delicious. We both left the table feeling full and with a box for the cakes we couldn’t manage, to take home. We had the choice of where to sit. We decided to sit outside, which, with the lovely sunny weather we are having was perfect. The table and chairs were comfortable and had a parasol to keep the sun off us if we wanted. There was a cushion and a throw for if the weather cooled. A nice touch I thought. Our waitress was very friendly but respectful. Once given our afternoon tea, she didn’t bother us again, except to ask if all was well. We would highly recommend Doddington Hall afternoon tea. We will go again. Thank you.

We were visiting Lincoln for a two day break and decided to visit this restaurant after searching online. It didn’t disappoint. Food and service were both very good although the temperature of the soup was a little cooler than we would have liked but that didn’t spoil the enjoyment of it. It was my birthday so all in all I would say it was a happy one! 😀
