As always, food was amazing, along with our red wine selection. Server was great as well.... The only questionable thing was it was the first time that we ordered red wine and the server did NOT bring the decanter! Say whaaat?? How do you pour red wine without aerating it?? She just left the bottle of wine on the table after pouring our glasses, then walked away. We got her attention asking why she didn't decant the wine and her response was, oh, you wanted a decanter?....Duhhh. Of course we want the decanter! I have never experienced something like this in all the years I've been a member.....was she being lazy? new?? IDK. But we still love Coopers Hawk :-)

The food was outstanding. The appetizer we chose were the peppers, burrata and sour dough bread. DELICIOUS The service was outstanding. We arrived at 11 a.m. and left at 3:00 p.m. No one rushed us to leave. Our waiter Marlon was exceptional. He catered to our every need. Exactly what four 75 year old women want. Thank you Marlon! Even though it is pricey we decided to order things we could split among us. Worked out great. The ambiance revitalized us. It was like being in another world.

My second time there and the food was even better. The stuffed squash blossoms were delish. Didn't live the candied walnut arugula grape salad. It would have been better with just fresh grapes. For dinner we got 3 dishes. Salmon: cooked perfectly and the potatoes and spinach were flavorful. Truffle pasta with pistachios was amazing. Not to heavy being a cream sauce. Spicy Calabrian sausage pizza had a good kick to it. The crust dipped in the pasta sauce was yummy.

Salad bar was fresh, meat was hot, lots of choices. Loved the Brazilian cheese bread. Staff was very attentive and nice. Always a pleasure coming here!

This restaurant deserves more than 10 stars. Food is fantastic. Atmosphere is wonderful. This is a must visit
