The service was excellent especially with Mike as your server. He keeps checking us if with need of anything else. The food like the sides were good and all the barbeque meat were cooked perfectly and the serving portions was huge. The ambiance was great. Over all experience were 5 ⭐️. We will come back again someday.

Absolutely love Coopers Hawk. Every time I go there! All of the food is freshly prepared and you can tell because it tastes fabulous. The lettuce wraps are an excellent appetizer to share and so flavorful as well as being healthy. I frequently get the chicken marsala minus the mushrooms, that sauce is just amazing.. one of my friends had the shrimp tacos which she really loved and my other friend got the spaghetti and meatballs which she said was excellent. Everything was so fresh. The staff is always very attentive refilling even before you know you need one.. the manager came over a couple of times to check on us which was really nice as well. I have started making my reservation in the bar. It seems to be fairly quiet in there and it’s great to have conversations.

Last night in universal and took two friends here for there first hard rock experience, it not disappoint, the waitress was great, so helpful and attentive would recommend to anyone in CityWalk looking for food

Whenever our family is in Orlando, one of our special nights out for dinner is always The Palm. The food, service and ambiance are always wonderful! I believe one of the best Steakhouses you will find.

Went for magical dining and it was excellent! Highly recommend. Ask for Melo while you are there!
