Welcome to The Elephant Restaurant The Elephant is a bright, informal restaurant which is situated near the beautiful Torbay harbour. It was the first restaurant in Torquay to be awarded a Michelin star which it maintains today. We aim to source all our ingredients locally and sustainably, many from our dedicated farm in Brixham. the breakfast was very bland, no seasoning/flavouring. tomatoes had clearly been standing around a while. we were offered granary bread and white so we had one of each. the granary option was not granary bread, it was more like hovis 50/50 bread, definatly not granary, which was disappointing. these vice was very slow but, the atmosphere and location was perfect.

We both had a fantastic meal, staff were professional and amazing, we both felt we were abroad in Italy 🇮🇹 Quality of the food was excellent, would absolutely recommend the restaurant
