Unsere Menükarte besteht aus alles was man in einer Taqueria in Mexiko oder in Südkalifornien finden würde: Tacos, Taquitos, Burritos, Quesadillas, aber auch Suppe, Salat und ein paar lässige Vorspeisen.Gutes mexikanisches Essen erfordert gute Zutaten. Wir durchsuchten den Kontinent und fanden schliesslich die besten nixtamalisierte Maistortillas, die wir kaufen konnten. Wir importieren frische Jalapenos. Wir verwenden 100% frische Avocados für unsere Guacamole. Wir machen unsere Aguas Frescas und scharfe Saucen im Hause. Wir frittieren unsere eigenen Tortilla-Chips täglich. Wir haben sogar die grösste Auswahl an importierten mexikanischen Softdrinks und Bieren in der Schweiz! Zudem bieten wir jeden Monat eine mexikanische Spezialität an.

    Le service est un peu désorganisé. On s’attendrait à mieux vu le prix et le standing de l’hôtel. Nous avons dû demandé la carte des vins sinon on aurait pas eu à boire durant le repas au delà de l’eau. Le compte n’était pas correct il manquait les boissons que nous avons demandé à rajouter. Le repas asiatique est bon mais n’a rien d’un étoilé. Un peu trop salé parfois, la viande pas vraiment tendre. Nous suggérons de revoir les déplacements des serveurs dans la salle car à plusieurs reprises ils se sont rentrés dedans.

    Our expérience was gorgeous. With the mouth, with the eyes. So much work for one plate. We love it. But as we saw in the restaurant a lot of people did not drink wine because the price was indecent : One glas = Fr. 40.~ ……. For a Swiss Merlot 2021 and Fr. 35.- for a Swiss Rosé 2024 ……… for 1dl !
