Another great meal. We had a big crowd and prefer round tables but everything was delicious. The best Oysters Rockefeller I have ever had.

Server was great. For some reason the pizzas were under whelming not as crispy as usual. The pasta dish was excellent and the salads. The wine by the glass is grossly over priced for such a small pour.

Café 23 is a charming little hidden gem that’s easy to miss but well worth seeking out. Tucked away in a quiet spot, the café offers a cozy, almost intimate atmosphere with a relaxed, low-noise environment that makes it ideal for catching up with a friend or simply enjoying a peaceful coffee break. The décor leans into a shabby chic aesthetic with nothing over-polished, but stylish in a way that feels warm and welcoming. It’s thoughtfully done, giving the space real character without trying too hard. The coffee is the standout here and ours was absolutely fantastic. You can tell they take it seriously, and it shows in every cup. The food was also very good, with a menu that balances simple comfort with fresh, quality ingredients. Service was on the slower side during my visit, but not unfriendly and more reflective of the unhurried pace of the place. All in all, Café 23 delivers a lovely experience if you’re not in a rush. Great coffee, good food, and a quiet, well-designed space. For sure it’s the sort of spot you will come back to.

Excellent food and service. We had the Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and the moules frites for our main course. Both were great. The mussels were served in a delicious broth. I considered ordering more fries to soak up the extra broth because it was so good. It’s worth checking out.
