We had reservations set for 5:30. Once sat at the table we were told " we are short staffed tonight". Our server started with bringing us waters. Came back fairly quick, then told us that another server would be taking our table over. Then we waited for the next server. We ordered, the appetizers were slow, but worth the wait. Then it took 45 min for our mains to show up. But the food was worth the wait, such amazing flavors. The manager offered to take care of a dessert, which we did not want. He took care of our appetizers. The wait was long, meals were outstanding. They made up for any short comings of staffing. Thank you.

What you expect from an earls restaurant. Quality for your money. Always great here.

My wife and I went here on a Saturday evening. It was hectic at the time, but our food was served in a reasonable period, and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken madiere, and I had the sirloin Oscar steak. We would recommend giving this place a try, and we had great service.

Great service staff, accommodating whilst waiting for my guests. Prompt attention once my guests arrived. We had the steak which was great. Noisy place but bearable, we could still talk. Overall a nice meal out.

We were overall impressed with our experience at East Side Mario's. It was our first visit to the Red Deer location and it was a great atmosphere! Our food was impressive as far as portion goes. However, one round of salad could have used more dressing and my wife's seafood linguine did not have alot of flavour throughout. I had the chicken parmesan and felt that it could have also had a bit more "Italian" flavour. Our server was good, not great. At one point, she brought a salad to our table that we never ordered. As well, she never checked on our meal to see if it was to our liking. We will definitely return as our overall experience was enough to bring us back. The portions were fantastic and we both brought home leftovers.
