Caroline's Table is a unique farm to table restaurant in the heart of the Eastern Shore. Chef Izzy O'Brien sources locally grown and harvested seafood, proteins and vegetables and works magic to elevate them into a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that has been lovingly restored. It was formally the town doctors house with his office in a small adjacent building. In addition to the main restaurant, THE SIDEBAR is located in the small building and serves up more casual fare including house made sourdough pizzas, fresh soups, salads and unique charcuterie boards. Reservations are encouraged for Caroline's Table and can be made by calling/texting the restaurant directly at 410-490-4495. Please note that The Sidebar is open only seasonally and closed in the Fall/Winter months.

The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. The gastronomic, European-style shop and bistro offers handmade pastas, house-cured meats, and artisanal chocolates from top French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat.     Day has become our regular server. We decided to try Bonz again after a disappointing experience in February and we were pleasantly surprised. Day is polite, attentive and personable server. The food selection, especially the specials have been beyond our expectation. Quite honestly it’s the warm & friendly dining experience that keeps us coming back.

    This was an incredible restaurant and an exquisite dining experience. We heard about them receiving the James Beard award we knew we wanted to go there. And we were not disappointed. It was pricey, as expected, and worth it for this special occasion of celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We will most definitely recommend Bas Rouge to our foodie friends. Superb!

    Six of us went to celebrate my father’s birthday. The staff accommodated us bring an ice cream cake and served it on a nice cake platter. It was Wednesday, so chicken parmigiana night which I got and was delicious. My wife got the bolognese, also delicious. Brendan, our server, and the rest of the staff were great!

    This place is a “must try” in Easton. The tacos and the chips/dip selections are incredible. The setting is festive and there is something for everyone. If you’re a cocktail drinker, you’ll be in heaven.
