A 30-second walk from SL Square in front of Shimbashi Station. A maze of corridors you can’t imagine when you first go through the entrance, chic black-toned private rooms and airy white-toned private rooms make up this hidden away grown up izakaya (tavern) which helps you forget the hustle and bustle of Shimbashi. The freshest seasonal fish, which still swims the morning of preparation, is sent directly from Sajima Port (on the Miura Peninsula south of Yokohama), crossbred red-black pigs from Odaka Farm in Chiba Prefecture, and piping hot smoked meats served straight from the pot. Creative Japanese cuisine created using carefully selected ingredients. Two types of Asahi draught beer are served, “Jukusen” and “Dry Premium”, as well as a wide range of sake from all over Japan but with a particularly large variety of brands from Tohoku (northern Honshu), and more than 30 types of shochu liquor, and these include the premium brands as well as that produced for the mass market.
