I give Smoke Door 6 stars out of 5. Every course, every sauce was flavorful and different. The smoked vodka in one of the specialty drinks was amazing! 5 course tasting lunch was outstanding! Smoke Door is a very special restaurant with a tight, well communicating team. The kitchen is open and so very efficient and quiet. I can not wait to go back!

We were very happy to find our neighborhood restaurant open on Thanksgiving Day. The martinis were excellent. We chose the Turkey dinner which was delicious and plentiful. Chris was an exceptional waiter and very attentive.

Le Bistro has been our favorite Tahoe restaurant for 25 years. We just celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and had yet another fantastic dinner. We were greeted quickly, taken to a quiet booth, and received great friendly service throughout the evening. Our food was outstanding, starting with the Napolean of Ahi with wonderful flavors and textures, followed by very flavorful soups, incredibly tender steaks cooked to perfection, and the not-to-be-missed dessert plate with portions of four different desserts. Extra touches like tasty starter bites, homemade bread, and crispy and airy soufflé potatoes were included. Every aspect of our experience was top-notch. Thank you to the entire Le Bistro team for making our anniversary so enjoyable and memorable!

I love this restaurant! It’s always delicious food, great cocktails, awesome service, fun music and ambiance. I recommend the filet.

The baked Brie with mushrooms was amazing and so were the crab cakes! Everything we had was delicious but definitely loved these two dishes the best. It’s a pretty small place and was a little noisy but food was delicious so we didn’t mind the noise too much. Will definitely go back again!
