Le chef Jean-Georges présente son tout dernier projet, un restaurant élégant et décontracté installé dans la ville pittoresque de Pound Ridge, New York. Jean-Georges cultive sa passion pour la cuisine de saison conçue selon le principe « de la ferme à la table », avec des ingrédients de la vallée de l'Hudson et de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. Construit en 1833, le bâtiment qui était d'abord une résidence a été converti plus tard en auberge. Il a été soigneusement rénové afin de préserver autant de matériaux d'origine que possible, y compris ses quatre cheminées encore fonctionnelles. Thomas Juul-Hansen a conçu l'intérieur du restaurant avec une sensibilité moderne et rustique, en y incorporant du zinc et du marbre, des éléments de pierre et du bois récupéré. L'éclairage du restaurant, astucieusement conçu par Hervé Descottes, emploie des ombrages sur papier et des lustres Edison pour y créer une chaleur conviviale.

The restaurant is named after America’s most famous founding father, Benjamin Franklin. While he was pinnacle in America’s birth, he also became the first ambassador to France. While on trips to Paris, he would wine and dine with the best of them and when he returned, he would bring back the French culture, food and wine, and share it with our new nation. Dishes like Potato Lyonnaise and Crème Brulée were the first of his favorites he shared with America. The Benjamin reflects that bridged gap between the two countries’ cultures. The restaurant and bar is french-inspired, but uniquely American. It sits in Ridgefield's historic district in a 1875 house, but the interiors are modern, elegant and new. Chef prepares dishes like Mussels, Foie Gras, Shrimp Toast, Chicken, Halibut, Duck, and more.

Rraci's Restaurant offers a blend of innovative and classic Italian dishes in an elegant space. Guests can also choose an appetizer portion of any pasta on the menu. Pasta meals include cavatelli, vongole, zucca, carbonara, quattro formaggi, pappardelle, tortelloni and gnocchi. Un chef européen très expérimenté et de formation classique combine les ingrédients biologiques locaux les plus frais provenant des meilleures fermes biologiques de la région de New York. Son bar du Chili, son flétan sauté et son homard poché au beurre sont hautement appréciés, tout comme ses succulentes soupes sans crème et ses raviolis faits maison. Le North Star est également reconnu pour son bar animé où il est facile de créer de nouveaux liens dès la première visite, et pour accueillir les groupes de musique les plus talentueux de la région les jeudis soirs une fois le service de repas terminé. En été, il est possible de d'installer sur la terrasse extérieure calme et paisible. Les enfants sont les bienvenus si vous vous présentez en début de soirée.
