Great atmosphere and experience. Also Great food.

We had a lovely dining experience at your restaurant last night to celebrate our anniversary. The entrée was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! Our mains looked great too, but unfortunately, they were a bit undercooked at first. We let the staff know, and they responded professionally—apologised and promptly took the dishes back. When the food came out again, it was cooked better than the first time. It was slightly overcooked, but still much better than underdone 😅. We also really appreciated that the staff didn’t charge us for the drinks as a kind gesture to make up for the inconvenience. That level of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. Overall, we still really enjoyed the meals! The food was great, the menu had fantastic options, and the ambiance made us feel like we were in a fine dining restaurant. At one point, it even felt like we were on a food show judging the dishes and the atmosphere 😄. Definitely coming back again. Thank you for the great service and experience!
