As the days grow longer and the evenings warmer, Dose Coffee transforms into Dose After Dark — a seasonal dining experience offered Thursday through Saturday evenings all summer long.Led by Head Chef Ivan Blackwell (you may remember him from Alfred’s), and joined by Alasdaur Aitken, the kitchen presents a Mediterranean-inspired menu full of vibrant, shareable dishes.Our curated wine list features a thoughtful selection of old-world wines and inventive spins on classic cocktails — perfect for pairing and patio sipping.The patio offers an alfresco dining experience whilst the inside dining space offers a more intimate atmosphere close to the action of the kitchen.Dose After Dark launches Friday, June 13 and runs through to mid-September.
