Absolutely wonderful overall dining experience! I was not expecting how upscale it would be, based on being located in a hotel at a ski resort. Nice selection of handcrafted cocktails and an impressive wine cellar. My son and I each splurged on the Wagyu beef options (strip steak for him and tenderloin for me); both were cooked perfectly. My vegetarian DIL had many options too and was very pleased with her choices. Quiet subdued atmosphere. A special treat restaurant!

I had the pleasure of dining at Cortina for three nights, and each visit was a delight. The restaurant offers a refined take on classic Italian comfort food, with standout dishes like the tartare and pasta. The agnolotti, in particular, was exceptional—perfectly crafted and bursting with flavor. The minestrone broth was unlike anything I've ever tasted: delicate, subtly herb-forward, and beautifully balanced. The cocktail program is top-notch, and the sommelier consistently nails wine pairings, elevating the entire experience.

Mountain style log setting with roaring fireplace and glass all around. Ride Ramcharger lift up, lift opens at 4:45 pm for dinner transfers. The food was exquisite and skillfully prepared. Your choice of prix fixe with 4 courses or 6. Hot wine toddy was just what you need after riding the lift! Wonderful experience all around with very attentive service.

Menu is over-priced, and the food was inconsistent based on the 5 of us that ordered. the portions were quite big but the chicken wings were over cooked. Our server was excellent and knowledgeable of the menu. They reaccommodated our time and our table preference once we got there so that was positive.
