Restaurants near Courtyard Charleston Mount Pleasant

Part of our group was a little delayed. The hostess handled this well with no interruptions and service. The menu is appropriate for a German restaurant. A little bit limited on selections but not unexpected. The actual food was prepared quite well. Everything was tasty and came out at an appropriate temperature. The appetizers were creative. The schnitzel was fried Appropriately. The red cabbage is excellent. The potatoes and sauerkraut are very good. The strudel is excellent. The soufflé is very good. The spaghetti ice cream is a bit of a novelty. While it is visually pleasing, the taste is similar to a strawberry sundae. Overall, this is a good experience and I would recommend coming back if one is interested in German food.

One of the best culinary meals I’ve had here in the area. Loved the polenta appetizer, winter salad and red velvet cupcake. The bread and butter was delicious! Abigail, our server, was most attentive and knowledgeable. A fantastic experience.

Fun evening with "out of state" visitors enjoying a great sunset and great food. Never disappointed by The Boathouse!

Happen to make a reservation on the day of The Polar Bear Plunge, it was crazy busy and would have been an easy excuse for the restaurant to fall short on food or service…they more than delivered on both. The hostess started the experience off with such a welcoming altitude and even recommended a dish, the fried rice and according to my husband it did not dissapoint. The shrimp on my street corn salad were possibly the best shrimp I have ever hand anywhere and that is a very bold statement. We live in Pawleys and will definitely be back.
