The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor. It has been some time since we dined here and that is our loss. We went for a special occasion and felt welcome from the time we entered the restaurant until we left. The waitress was attentive, pleasant and informative which enhanced our dining experience. The menu had plenty of variety to suit all of our tastes and I'm so glad I chose one the evenings specials in the BBQ Ribs. They are certainly one of the best BBQ ribs I have ever had. All of the entrees were enjoyed, and I would be remiss if I didn't give kudos to the bartender who made our wonderful pre-meal martinis and specialty cocktails. Thank you to the staff and management for making my wife's birthday extra special!! Can't wait to dine with you again!!
