It was my first time at Piccolo which has been around for decades. And it was very good. I dined with a friend and took advantage of their lobster special. It is a great value. For 59 for a 2 lb lobster (any style) choice of appetizers and choice of dessert it was a home run. The lobster was so sweet. The restaurant was jam packed… the bar, the dining room, even the casual tables were filled. The ambience is warm with dark woods, and dim lighting throughout. The tables are close together which is no big deal. The optimize the space. The Caesar salad was delicious, the tiramisu was a creamy delight. And the main lobster was fabulous. Another standout was the hostess Leslie who was gracious and charming. I will be back to really try all the other food preparations. Yup…I’ll be back! It’s a winner.
