As usual excellent food and service, still the best Indian food you will get in the region and beyond

On a very hot day the staff kindly moved us from the conservatory into the main restaurant area, where all windows were open to make it a lot cooler. Staff , service and food was great

Rachel was our waitress, she always has a smile and is always happy and friendly. She answers any questions we have had about the menu and on occasions gives us suggestions. We meet up monthly and it is a pleasure to spend time there.

We enjoyed out first Sunday lunch at The Shire Oak, the service was quick and efficient. The staff were all lovely and chatty , it was good value for money and a bonus no washing up 😃. Such a nice local pub with a friendly welcoming, atmosphere, definitely recommend 🍻⭐️
