The food was excellent and we enjoyed our lunch. We are always surprised by how many people we encounter who have never dined here or for that matter never heard of Ernest's. If you are looking for a delicious and creative fine dining experience at a reasonable price we would highly recommend this spot. A bonus is that you are supporting the advancement of the culinary training of future chefs. It's a win win.

Went to the Manning CBH for Father’s Day brunch and as usual the service was excellent from Kaitlyn, she was attentive, pleasant which made the experience all that much more enjoyable.

Booked on Open table for 5:45 Arrived two mins early. After checking in, the hostess called my name 5mins after. I was 3 steps away, and when I got there, they gave my seat away to someone with a different name, and a different number of people in their party. Then began to stair at me, as if I was a complete stranger who's completely out of place. 20mins later, she asks who I was and what was rezo was. We didn't get sat till 6:20. Missing all of the happy hour menu options. We were extremely disappointed in this and brought it up to the manager. She did her best to fix the issue for us by buying our meal. We didn't know she was going to buy our meal, we just thought we'd get happy hour prices for our meal, and we were going to pay full price for our drinks. But we were completely taken away by that nice gratitude. That small act completely changed our view and our feelings about our experience that night. Much appreciated for that. I didn't want a hostess to ruin the rest of our night, and the manager ensured that. Amazing, can't wait to come back.

EXCELLENT food and service. Loved the place! Im just starting to transition into a vegan and with food like this the journey is going to be super easy.

Enjoyed watching the Oilers play off had a great time and enjoyed the food.
