- SSandeepVIPChicago / Illinois •111 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI dined with my folks last November, raved about the experience to the wifey. We decided to come back again for Lamb Barbacoa Biryani + Pollo Rostizado. Both were delicious. Seemed like the Biryani was more meaty on this occasion. We gave Rasmalai Tres Leches another try, had sampled it during opening week. The cake was a little hard for our liking, less sweet. Polar Vortex didn’t deter the crowd, the place was packed for a Tuesday night. For a party of 2, we prefer the Bar Seating over a Table. Loved the vibe/beats, mix of Indian & Spanish tracks. I don’t recall music being played in the background on previous visits.More infoMirraPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Bucktown / Wicker Park•4.7

- TLTatumLChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoAkahoshi is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the warmth of the staff, the ambience, and the smell of the most delicious ramen you will experience in Chicago - or maybe anywhere! I was seated at the counter facing the kitchen and it was a marvel to watch each bowl put together with such care and attention. The drinks are fantastic - from cocktails to smooth sake, and the food… I’ll be dreaming of it from now until the next time I’m able to come in. The flavors & textures present your mouth with a WORLD of excitement and comfort. Everything about Akahoshi feels intentional and carefully done. Not to mention, everyone who works here is kind, attentive, but not overbearing or pushy in the slightest, allowing you to savor every minute of your experience. I could go on and on forever, but you just have to come see for yourself!!More infoAkahoshi RamenPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Logan Square•4.8

Every staff member was friendly, helpful and attentive to our experience. The food was so good! The restaurant offers the option of pasta dishes in half portions/appetizer portions so we were able to try a variety of pasta dishes and we really enjoyed them all! Would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone!More infoLa Dolce Vita Cucina - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Portage Park•4.5
