Best breakfast in Midland by far, and the service is top notch!

This was our 25th anniversary and we spent the day at Soaring Eagle. Our reservation was at 7p and we were greeted by Keri and she took memorable pics of our special day, she then seated us. Kara was our server & we ordered Chicken w/sweet potato casserole and Salmon & Shrimp with baked potato, it was capped off w/chocolate cake/heaven. Thank You Rondo, your team at Ruth Chris was awesome. Can’t wait to return. P.S. Staff was very attentive & my wife enjoyed her Black Russian.

Great food but the service was lacking. Waiter barely checked on us and we went without refills on water for quite some time. I’ve been here numerous times and this was the only time we had poor service so I’m sure it was just a fluke. Won’t stop us from coming back.

We had a wonderful server, Trokon, and had an excellent lunch.

The food and service was nice. We would return again. It was loud due to a unhappy little toddler, but that wasn't the fault of the restaurant. You couldn't hear the conversation between us at our table, which was disappointing, because of the little child...
