Parking was simple because of valet. Valet was simple because you could pay through cash or card. Although there are two nearby flat-rate parking lots. Each and every single person from valet, to doormen, to elevator personnel, security, servers, runners, rooftop personnel, bartenders, were amazing!!! So friendly and upbeat and professional. And the ambiance was amazing! The food and the presentation was amazing! The dessert and drinks were stellar. I LOVED that there was a live singer and band performing for part of the night. She was great! Super sultry voice. That added to the vibe, but they also ended at a good time, so that if you wanted a quiet place to talk and eat, you could also do that, later into the night. The rooftop bar had firepits and couches to lounge on. It was a really nice experience. I will definitely return!

Absolutely FANTASTIC food!! We especially enjoyed the pizza with Soppressata, honey, poppyseed and chili oil. The other dishes and desserts were amazing too, and consistent on multiple visits. We have our favorites and like trying new things too. But bring your own cushion 😂😂. And a megaphone so your tablemates can hear you!!

The food was delicious! We chose small, vegetarian plates. Each was outstanding as was dessert. We were very pleased also that Bavel offers Leitz Eins Zwei Zero. Our server offered great recommendations and made the whole dining experience a pleasure.

We booked an early 6 pm reservation for our anniversary dinner at Girl & the Goat and mentioned it was a special occasion on the OpenTable website. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance was charming, and every interaction was warm and welcoming. The manager and waitstaff were incredibly gracious, with almost everyone who touched our table wishing us a happy anniversary. We were expecting delicious and unique flavors, but we were blown away by the smoke and char in the lamb shank, broccoli, and even the cookie topping on the ice cream. The roasted broccoli was a revelation—just when we thought we had tasted it all, Girl & the Goat proved us wrong. The highlight of the evening was the thoughtful end to our dinner. They brought us glasses of champagne on the house, making our anniversary celebration even more special. We can't recommend Girl & the Goat enough for any special occasion or just a delightful dining experience! Thank you for contributing something memorable to our special night

First time guest came with two that had been before. I was very pleased and so were they for their second and third visits. All the food was hot when it arrived at the table. The fried chicken breasts were amazing; crust was thin and crispy, not greasy and very moist same for the catfish. We had greens, Mac n cheese, yams, fried green tomatoes, okra and large mason jars of KoolAid. Glad it wasn’t as sweet as I’d heard but still too sweet for me so I added lemon and let the ice melt awhile. Reheated leftovers for breakfast. 👍🏼👍🏼 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
