Verarbeitet werden ausschließlich frische vorwiegend nachhaltig erzeugte Produkte bester Qualität.“ (Tarik Rose) Wer es etwas rustikaler mag, besucht den Engel Imbiss, der sich im Parterre des Ponton-Restaurants befindet.
