Restaurants near Bush Street Historic District

We had a lovely dinner for our father’s birthday. The staff was so attentive and friendly. We hadn’t been here in several years. The food was delicious as always and the ambience made us feel like we were in a special place. Love this little Toledo gem !

The dining experience was quite disappointing. We ordered a margarita pizza, which came topped with what seemed like low-quality tomato sauce and a few unmelted, hard mozzarella spots. Unfortunately, it was inedible, and we couldn’t finish it. On a positive note, the salad and sliders were decent, but overall, they didn’t justify the price. That said, the view was absolutely stunning.

Brunch was amazing! The food was tasty and servers were attentive. Unfortunately, the parking situation at Brim House tainted the entire experience. Despite parking my own vehicle I was asked to give my keys for valet. I was told to text when wrapping up our meal (under 2 hours) to have the car brought out front (where it was just where I left it). The charge that accompanied that text was $17. I am disappointed in the parking situation and will no longer head downtown for brunch or any other event going forward. I know of enough venues with ample parking and no shady fees.

Was very disappointed when we set a reservation for 6:45 and when we arrived the hostess said oh we are way too busy to even check the online reservations list. We ended up having to wait 35 more minutes to get seated. If they do not want to participate in online reservations then take their name off the list for this app. Very frustrating to say the least.

Great gastropub food. Will do again. Great walleye.
