The food at COTOA is great. The restaurant is rather new, so I get the sense that they are still working through service quirks (i.e. when to check in on patrons, asking if they'd like additional beverages, water refills, etc.), but that will not stop me from coming back. Pricing is fair for the quality, although a bit high for the location and style of food, but the taste is worth the splurge. I have a feeling it'll just get better and better. Excited to have a great Ecuadorian restaurant in Miami.

Our dinner was delicious. As firstimers, we were not sure if we were ordering correctly…also? How do you choose? But great guidance from our server Matthew had us sated with sushi, hot stone cooking, ceviche, drinks and a super tasty salad. The atmosphere was fun, a great mix of people enjoying their dinners, daters, families and shoppers. Our server Matthew was outstanding. He ended up giving us some great recommendations for a quick trip we were taking that ended up being fabulous. We will be back:).
