Truly an amazing surprise! I have lived within 2 miles of Donovan's for almost 5 years, always thought it was a butcher shop for fresh meats.... Thursday l wanted a good steak without having to drive an hour to Charley's. Donovan's came up on a search and figured I'd give it a try. WOW, it did not disappoint!!! I chose to sit at the bar....in the most comfortable bar stool ever! Bartenders Stephen (new guy, first night) and Jess were both great. Jess explained the steak cuts perfectly and very honestly and I went with the 22oz Cowboy Cut Bone in Ribeye along with garlic mashed and the bacon sauteed green beans. The steak was simply incredible and made me a new regular customer! The garlic mashed were Perfecto. The green beans, weren't bad, but they just didn't work for me. For starters I had the (HUGE) Knock Knock Shrimp app which was amazing! To finish, I went with the Peanut Butter Pie.....again, PERFECT!!! Donovan's is Vet owned which was also a draw for me (Retired Air Force) and they offer a great Military discount....Thank You!!! This place is the BEST!!!! I'll be back again and again! Danny

It’s always amazing! We had both had a busy rough Friday and needed a date reset. This restaurant feels like going home to us. So grateful for the ambiance and sweet people here.
