As usual, the food here remains top notch. Like everywhere, prices have gone up, but the quality of the cuisine is first-rate. David, our server, was congenial as was Nikita the hostess who always has a smile on her face. I go often so it feels like family, my neighborhood restaurant (tho not in my neighborhood). Once I called attention to the maintenance of bathroom hygiene on a review and ever since they have kept the bathrooms nice and clean. So I recognize and appreciate their paying attention and addressing issues.

Location and Ambience: Amara at Paraiso is a fantastic waterfront restaurant in Miami. We visited for brunch and were treated to a delightful experience. Sitting outside on a sunny day with 80s music playing in the background was simply amazing. Food: The food was good, though not the best I've ever had. However, the overall experience more than made up for it. Overall Experience: Despite the food not being outstanding, the combination of the waterfront view, the lovely outdoor seating, and the nostalgic music made our brunch at Amara at Paraiso perfect. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience.
