We came to Sticks N Sushi for my husband's birthday. We have been to one other location in London and ordered take-away from the Hellerup location a number of times. But this was the first time we've dined at one of the Copenhagen locations. It was superb! Our server was wonderful- kind, knowledgable, engaging, someone who really wanted to make our celebration a fun date night for us. We had a wonderful table overlooking Tivoli Gardens as dusk approached. He gave me suggestions for his favorite non-alcoholic cocktail, which was delicious. He also gave excellent options for our meal. We chose the special private menu offer. It was the perfect choice for us! The food was incredible. There were 7 courses separated with perfect timing- 2 appetizers, a soup, edamame, the most incredible wagyu beef, a 4 roll sushi course, and a delicious yuzu dessert. We left full and happy. It was truly a perfect birthday celebration. Many thanks to our server and the entire staff at the restaurant. We will be back!

The menu offered a wide variety of sushi options, from classic rolls to innovative chef specials. We decided to try their signature sushi platter, which included a selection of nigiri, sashimi, and creative rolls. Each piece was beautifully presented, showcasing fresh ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The Shake Aioli roll was a standout, with its creamy texture and subtle yet satisfying flavors. The attention to detail didn’t stop at the food. The service was impeccable—our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations. The pacing of the meal was just right, and we never felt rushed. For dessert, I had the matcha fondant, which was a delightful end to the meal. It was creamy, not too sweet, and had just the right amount of matcha flavor. Overall, Sticks’n’Sushi Hellerup offers an exceptional dining experience with high-quality sushi, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere.
