Everything was ok. The person who delivered the food spilled ketchup on my client. He apologized profusely and did a great job getting it cleaned up. I was just disappointed that the server said nothing and the manager didn’t bother to come check. They weren’t that busy. I was surprised and it will affect my decision to ever go back and what I will say to others.

The aesthetic is fabulous and draws you in from the start. Our server was great, providing advice, being efficient and keeping a watchful eye but allowing us plenty of uninterrupted time to just enjoy the company and the restaurant. The food was hot and delicious as it arrived at the table. Overall, fabulous experience.

I took my 90-year-old mother for lunch. I had an Italian salad, which was delicious and a nice blend of ingredients. My mother uncharacteristically ordered a meatball sandwich, and it was delicious. The meatballs were very meaty, but somehow light. The fries were very good, and we loved the light sprinkle of grated Parmesan over the top. The hostess was friendly and helpful, and our waitress was very pleasant and visited our table just the right amount at the right times. She was very accommodating to our requests. Overall, a lovely lunch.

Exceptional service ! Fresh and flavorful cuisine ! I had the citrus salmon salad , delicious!!! I thoroughly enjoyed the iced lavender matcha latte ! Divine!!!! So happy to be traveling across country and making a stop at True Foods along my route east to west! I took the plant based cheeseburger with me , and a side of kale salad. Perfectly prepared and packed to go! Highly recommend this Nashville location! Greeted so nicely and treated so well by my personable server! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Santo. We were visiting the Bluebird Cafe afterwards and Santo was a quick 5 minute walk to that venue. Ambience, service, food were all fantastic…. hghly recommend. It was the perfect way to start our evening.
