Machele server is amazing So thoughtful and attentive.

Delicious cocktails, we had the B+B Manhattan and the Cosmo, as well as the HB Bailly Bordeaux Blend. Calamari starter was amazing and the horseradish sauce was extremely spicy and very good. I got the ribeye with the bearnaise sauce and the gorgonzola cream sauce ots, loved the steak by itself and the sauces were delicious as well. Finally the chocolate cake + vanilla ice cream with cherries dessert was so rich and a great way to end the meal. The blood orange sorbet was also very good!

The experience was fantastic. It was our first time at Giancarlos for our one month anniversary and the menus were customized along with receiving a complimentary dessert. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The short rib was flavorful and tender. The lasagna was solid as the sauce was the star. My girlfriend left her sunglasses and the wait staff called us and set them aside so that I could pick them up the next day.

They were out of many food options by 2:30, but brunch lasted until4pm!
