Lovely place to eat. Great atmosphere. Food was delicious. This place is good for celebrations or wanting a lovely meal.

Stayed at the kings Head pub so thought we would try the restaurant next door. Really good choice, thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

The Rose is a lovely environment with excellent food - truly one of the best soups I have ever had. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly. Definitely the place to go if you want somewhere that feels a little special, but not stuffy.
