We are frequent diners at Char in Red Bank. Andrew, our waiter, suggested Coconut cake for desert. Said he had had it 6x. It was fantastically delicious. My husband and I hope it becomes a regular item on the menu!

The homemade pasta is excellent. Our group of eleven tried several appetizers and main courses. Everyone was pleased. We especially liked the eggplant and the zucchini. Eli (waiter) was knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. There is street parking and a garage next to the restaurant. They have a nice wine menu and offered us tastings before purchasing a bottle.
