This was our second time to Etch, Franklin, and this time we participated in the Nelson's Green Brier special bourbon dinner. Just a lovely, fun evening. The tasting was fun -- a different bourbon with each meal course -- with talk and description about the particular bourbon. Etch had their chef explain each course while our food was being served. The food was very fun, plentiful and absolutely delicious. Lots of fun variety on our plate -- and we truly loved everything. Service was wonderful, a really lovely evening.

Long wait for my reservation. Restaurant is very loud making conversation difficult.
