Excellent service and food! Probably one of the best Old Fashioned cocktail drink! Scallop, Filet, NY strip were perfectly cooked. Highly recommended if you are in Snowshoe!

We absolutely enjoyed our dinner at the Jefferson. The service, with Alex, was excellent. I loved the scallops and shrimp entree and my husband enjoyed the French onion soup and duck. The highlight for me, who can’t have gluten, was the gluten-free roll…divine!! 🥰

Menu, atmosphere, and staff were great! Javi was our server and he is quite entertaining. When you go thru the main entrance at Mountain Lodge, take the elevator down to floor ‘CC.’ Turn left off the elevator, pass the stairs, and go thru the door.

Our server Fernando was fantastic! All of the food was also amazing. We were happy we went with the Prix Fixe menu, which was well worth the price. Our daughter was especially excited at the amazing Smores dessert at the end of the evening.

We were visiting The Homestead with friends and wanted to venture out to experience something off property. Two restaurants were mentioned of particular note with The Tavern being the one we chose. Great choices and options on the menu, excellent bar selection, great ambience of old courthouse building, service was friendly and attentive and the food was so delicious!! We had the Goulash and Chicken Schnitzel, along with Gnocchi and Smazak as apps. We highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!
