We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Cole was our waiter, and he did a fabulous job taking care of us and making sure everything was surpassed satisfactory. We will definitely go, again, and we would even go back for a piece of Mancy’s Turtle Pie with some coffee.

Feta spread was so good! I love the bread they serve before dinner, we asked to take some home. All of the staff is so welcoming and nice.

I only rated things lower because 1. there was an automatic 20% gratuity for a buffet. We did not have food served to us other than our drinks were brought, and every now and then a different girl that served us would pick up plates. 2. The price was a little steep for this area. Probably would’ve been a better price point around $20-$25.

My daughter and I attended the Spring Proper Tea and our expectations were not only met, but were greatly exceeded! Everything was perfection. I honestly cannot think of one aspect of our visit that could have been improved upon. The service was so far above and beyond any other I've experienced. The food was delicious and delightful, the tea was surreal, the atmosphere exquisite. The attention to detail and care put into this tea room is outstanding. Definitely a notably superior establishment. I obviously cannot say enough positive things about the Swan House Tea Room! We will be back for sure.

It's a little two expensive for what you get, but it's good none the less.
